Terms of service

Custom/wedding orders 
To confirm a custom/wedding order we require a 50% deposit to secure the date. If we have not received a deposit the order is not confirmed and you may lose your spot. Quotes are valid for 30 days, once this time has lapsed the quote is no longer valid.

Cancellation 
We do not give refunds if orders are cancelled within 14 days of due date. If we are given more than 14 days’ notice we are happy to refund the full amount minus the cost for any pre ordered decorations or supplies. 

Orders in advance
We do not accept orders more than a year in advance. If you order an item and request a pickup or collection date more than a year from the current date, we will be in touch asking you to move your completion date. If you are not happy to do this we will give you a refund.

Date Change 
If there is a change in date for the booking, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the new date. We do not accept date changes for notice given less than 3 days prior to due date.

Amendments 
To change an order please let us know as soon as possible. We do not accept any amendments for notice given less than 3 days prior to due date. There may be a price increase/decrease for any amendments made.

Transport 
Once the order has been collected the customer accepts full responsibility for the order and we will not give a refund if there is a mishap during transport.

Delivery 
We take no responsibility for any damage/loss to orders after they have been delivered to the supplied address.

Late pickups/no shows 
We will hold the item for 24 hours past the pre-arranged collection time, once this time has lapsed, we will donate the item unless alternate collection time is arranged.

Concerns 
If you have any concerns with a product, please raise this upon collection/purchase. If this is not possible then please contact info@shebakes.co.nz with the details and we will be in touch shortly. For concerns due to poor quality or flavour, please return the item and a refund will be determined. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund for a product that has already been consumed.
